Michel CIRÈS • Baker specialist in organic farming

Baker, specialist in the biological bread. He has an important bakery at Lourdes in France "L’ami du pain".

He is a specialist in organic bread and as such, he participated in 2008 in the programme supported by SOLIDARITÉ in the Vocational Training Centre For Women. From this experience in India, he brought back images wich have given rise to a film "Hands to do, hands to speak".
 

James FOREST • Botanist, gardener, gatherer of medicinal plants and bread-making trainer

Botanist, gardener, gatherer of medicinal plants and bread-making trainer. He teaches botany at the School of Medicinal Plants, Knowledge of the Natural World and Phyto-aromatherapy in the Toulouse area (http: // www.elpmtoulouse.com). This establishment is the south-western branch of the Lyon School Medicinal Plants.
He is a specialist in organic bread and as such, he participated in 2008 in the programme supported by SOLIDARITÉ in the Vocational Training Centre For Women. From this experience in India, he brought back images wich have given rise to a film "Hands to do, hands to speak". He works specifically on portable bakers’ovens. He is very active in agricultural and organic forums. He is a member of Réseau Semences Paysannes, of Erables31 and of Rénova.
