Bibliography

As an economist, he gave lectures at the ENSAT (Ecole Nationale Superieure Agronomique de Toulouse). He’s a specialist in the field of agricultural politics and economics, of the European Union, the USA, East Africa. He is also specializes in bilateral and multilateral economics (WTO) and European partnerships (APE) with African, Caribean and Pacific countries (ACP).

He is a member of various NGOs, including ATTAC (scientific board) and SOLAGRO (director’s board), where he works with the pac2013 networks; “Politiques Agricoles” and “Our World Is Not For Sale”. OWINFS’s work group “Agriculture” regularly organizes conference calls concerning WTO bilateral negotiations. He is part of the world’s Alternative forum, coordinated by Samir Amin and Francois Houtard. He has regular publications in Le Monde Diplomatique (monthly and Atlas) and SUNS’ (South-North development monitor) news letter.

He also closely collaborates with ROPPA (Reseau des Organizations Paysannes et des Producteurs d’Afrique de l’Ouest), mainly to advise leader’s on their training courses about the mecanics and tricks to avoid while negotiating with the WTO and the APE.
