SendTo educate a child is to save a man : Victor Hugo
‘From the very beginning, Solidarité has supported DISHA FOUNDATION in Varanasi, India. This foundation sends us lists of children in need of sponsorhips. They are for the most part members of the lower casts, Dalits (that Gandhi reffered to as the children of God) and tribes people.
For 15 Euros a month
You are going to give a child a future. Offering education, fulfillment and insertion
The exchange :
You will receive your child’s file, complete with photo and family photo. You will be in direct contact with them and the local coordinator. You will receive postcards, drawings, which will help to understand the child’s way of life and culture.
School and more :
Your sponsoring, will not only alllow the child to go to school, but also help to better the quality of life in his/her community in agreement with Solidarité’s local projects. Your sponsoring is made out to the Disha Foundation.
Financing:
Your donation is sent to the Disha Foundation. Solidarité India’s local coordinators scrupulously monitor the use of the funds. 90% of which are sent to India, 10% are used to cover charges in France.
